He really is about his students and you will leave satisfied with your workout. The adult kickboxing classes are tough but the workouts are definitely efficient. This is a great place to have children learn martial arts with no gimmicks; it is authentic and it all takes place in a beautiful, clean studio.
I’ve known Sensei John aka Johnny Karate most of my life. I have nothing but the best to say about him and the instructors/professors he employs. His classes from the Hyperfitness Club to Brazilian Jujitsu are always informative and humbling. They are always safe but safe doesn’t mean you won’t work hard. So get to class! Great place to learn martial arts. Ranging from Karate to muay thai to brazillian jiu jitsu theres so much to learn here. Been training here for a while now and the classes are amazing. Get a great workout as well as learn valuable skills and proper form and technique. Come join us!!
